Terms of Use — Witspark
These Terms of Use govern your use of Witspark (“the App”) developed and published by Luximo Labs (“we”, “us”) on Google Play (package com.nofappro.streaker). By using Witspark you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy for Witspark by Luximo Labs.
1. Service — Witspark by Luximo Labs
Witspark, by Luximo Labs, provides private streak tracking, gamified challenges, journaling, mood check-ins, and related tools for personal discipline. Features, rewards, and availability may change over time as Luximo Labs improves the App.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your Witspark login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate email information. You must be old enough to use Google/Firebase services in your country (generally 13+). Luximo Labs may require email verification before syncing Witspark progress to the cloud.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attack Witspark or its Firebase backend
- Do not attempt to access other Witspark users’ data — Firestore rules restrict each user to their own
users/{uid}document - Do not use Witspark for illegal activity or to store illegal content
- Do not interfere with purchase verification or coin economy
4. Not medical advice
Content in Witspark (quotes, benefits timeline, challenges, streak guidance) from Luximo Labs is general motivation and self-help only. It is not professional medical, mental-health, or therapeutic advice. Witspark does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
5. Availability & offline mode
Luximo Labs aims for reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Progress sync depends on network connectivity and third-party infrastructure (Google Firebase). Witspark caches recent progress locally for offline use; it will sync when you are back online and signed in.
6. Purchases (if offered)
Where Luximo Labs offers coin packs or boosts in Witspark, purchases on Android are handled by Google Play Billing and verified server-side before coins are credited. Prices are shown in the app and charged via Google Play. All sales are subject to Google Play’s terms. On web, optional Razorpay checkout may be offered where configured. Purchase verification is idempotent — duplicate tokens do not double-credit.
7. Termination & deletion
You may delete your Witspark account and associated data at any time: in the app via Profile → “Delete account & data”, or by emailing lakshmeshwar15183@gmail.com with subject “Witspark — Delete my account”. See full instructions at https://no-fap-pro.web.app/account-deletion.html. Luximo Labs may suspend Witspark accounts that violate these Terms or threaten service integrity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witspark by Luximo Labs is provided “as is” without warranties. Luximo Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Witspark. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Your use of Witspark is also governed by our Privacy Policy — Witspark by Luximo Labs (https://no-fap-pro.web.app/privacy.html), which specifically identifies Witspark and Luximo Labs and describes data collection, sharing, retention, security, and deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of Witspark after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
